Step1 Greetings 2’
1 Say “Hi, boys and girls” to the Ss.
2 Sing: Hello, how are you?
3 Say the rhyme about the week.
Step2 Learning 5’
1 Guess: It has got a round face and two arms. One is short, and the other is long. It walks all day and all night. Tick-tock, tick-tock.. What is it?
(It’s a clock.)
2 Show the clock and ask: What’s the time? Get the Ps to answer: One. or It’s one. Then teach the word one.
3 Teach the other numbers to the Ss in the same way.
Step3 Practice 5’
1 Listen and repeat the numbers in different ways.
2 Read together.
3 Boys read, then girls read. Then exchange.
Step4 Consolidation 5’
1 Magic eyes.
2 Show the numbers and say: If we see a fire, we call 119.
If we call a thief, we call 110.
If we see an accident and some one is hurt, we call 120.
Ask the Ss to read these numbers.
3 Say the next number and the number before.
4 Puzzles.

Step5 Games 5’
Get a boy and a girl to play volleyball. The others count from one to twelve.
Step6 Presentation 10’
1 Show a clock and ask “What’s the time?” Get the Ps to answer: It’s one. Then teach the sentence. Then teach: It’s one o’clock.
2 Make the hour hand point to “2” and answer: “ It’s two o’clock.”
3 Move the hour hand and ask the same question.
Step7 Chant 3’
Time, time. What’s the time?
6:00 6:00 It’s six o’clock.
Time, time. What’s the time?
7:00 7:00 It’s seven o’clock.
Time, time. What’s the time?
11:00 11:00 It’s eleven o’clock.
Time, time. What’s the time?
9:00 9:00 It’s nine o’clock.

1 Ask the Ss to practise the sentences.
2 Ask and answer in pairs.
3 Ask the Ss to act out the sentences using the watch.
