He regretted broking rules about rock climbing.  

Conclusion:Because of his carelessness, the accident happened. If he was careful, he wouldn't have the accident.

When we do sports or other activities,we should follow the rules, avoid(避免)accidents,make sure our safety. It's best to have no accidents.

整节阅读课的核心主线是Ralston’s active lifestyle lifestyle 和人们的反映，每一段都进行了两个展示性的问题设计，是基于文本的细节性问题。同时，每一段又设计了一个参阅性的问题，是对文本内容的深化。这四段的问题设计关注了学生的思维活动内容和层次，由浅入深，循序渐进。对帮助学生“理解文本，拓展内涵，发展思维”是一个连续递进的完整过程。其中，对于每一段中的优美句子进行了赏析和再阅读的过程。体会主人公的性格特点。

感悟主人公热爱生活、珍惜生命、永不放弃的精神；思考如何面对生命中的困境；对冒险有自己的独立判断，具有批判思维。

Summary

Imagine Aron Ralston is coming to our school to give us a speech(演讲). As school reporters, are you ready for an interview? One of you is Aron and the others are reporters. Work in groups of 4 to prepare the questions for Aron and the responses from Aron.

Zhang Haidi:On the way of life, everyone will meet difficulties and setbacks(挫折)，it depends on whether you can defeat(战胜) it or not,if you are active and win, you are the strong man in life.

Let's be active ,be the strong men in life.

进行读后的大输出活动，运用本节课所学内容进行采访练习，进行综合的能力提升。
